CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 274(TRA) was before the Senate on reconsideration. Senator Adams moved that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1. Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading. Senator Adams offered Amendment No. 1: Page 3, line 5, include: (5) private means an airport owned and operated by a private individual. Airports owned, operated, or leased by the State of Alaska, a home rule municipality or an unincorporated city or borough, or a political subdivision of the state or local government are considered public airports.
