The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 20,                                 
2003, calendar (page 1993), was read the third time:                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 36(L&C) am                                                               
     "An Act relating to unlawful electronic mail activities and making                             
     certain electronic mail activities unfair methods of competition or                            
     unfair or deceptive acts or practices under the state's unfair trade                           
     practices and consumer protection laws; and providing for an                                   
     effective date."
