2003-05-21 House Journal Page 2072 HB 36 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 20, 2003, calendar (page 1993), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 36(L&C) am "An Act relating to unlawful electronic mail activities and making certain electronic mail activities unfair methods of competition or unfair or deceptive acts or practices under the state's unfair trade practices and consumer protection laws; and providing for an effective date." 2003-05-21 House Journal Page 2073 The question being: "Shall CSHB 36(L&C) am pass the House?" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 36(L&C) am was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
