The following, which was advanced to third reading from the                                         
April 9, 2003, calendar (page 897), was read the third time.                                        
    CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                                                    
    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                     
    expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                  
    program; and providing for an effective date."                                                  
The question being:  "Shall CSSSHB 76(FIN) pass the House?"  The

Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the

CSSSHB 76(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
