2004-05-11 House Journal Page 4247 HB 438 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4005) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 438(JUD) am "An Act relating to motorists moving over or slowing down for emergency vehicles." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 438(STA) (same title) ." There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Speaker stated the question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 438(JUD) am?"
