2003-05-20 House Journal Page 2000 SB 85 Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of HCS CSSB 85(JUD) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 85(JUD) "An Act relating to the factors that may be considered in making a crime victim compensation award; relating to sentencing and to the earning of good time deductions for certain sexual offenses." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCS CSSB 85(JUD) pass the House?"
