The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 20,                                 
2003, calendar (page 1994), was read the third time:                                                
     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 112(FIN)                                                                
     "An Act relating to tax refunds for government agency purchases                                
     of fuel; and providing for an effective date."                                                 
The question being:  "Shall CSSB 112(FIN) pass the House?"  The roll

CSSB 112(FIN) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and                                         
returned to the Senate.
