SB 124                                                                                            
The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 12,                                 
2003, calendar (page 1574), was read the third time:                                                
     HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 124(FIN)                                                          
     "An Act relating to grants for alcoholism and drug abuse                                       
     programs; and providing for an effective date."                                                
Representative Hawker placed a call of the House.                                                   
The call was satisfied.                                                                             
The question being:  "Shall HCS SB 124(FIN) pass the House?"  The

effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                
Representative Gara gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HCS                               
SB 124(FIN).
