2003-05-20 House Journal Page 2005 SB 146 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 19, 2003, calendar (page 1939), was read the third time: 2003-05-20 House Journal Page 2006 SENATE BILL NO. 146 "An Act relating to a commemorative veterans' license plate; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall SB 146 pass the House?" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Lynn gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on SB 146.
