SB 146                                                                                            
The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 19,                                 
2003, calendar (page 1939), was read the third time:

    SENATE BILL NO. 146                                                                             
    "An Act relating to a commemorative veterans' license plate; and                                
    providing for an effective date."                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SB 146 pass the House?"  The roll was

Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the

effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                
Representative Lynn gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                   
SB 146.
