2003-05-19 House Journal Page 1926 SB 148 The following was read the second time: SENATE BILL NO. 148 "An Act relating to allowable absences for certain members of the armed forces and their spouses and dependents for purposes of eligibility for permanent fund dividends; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page MLV RPT 6DP 1596 FN1: (REV) 1597 FIN RPT 5DP 4NR 1783 FN1: (REV) 1783 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 148 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 148 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SB 148 pass the House?" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Dahlstrom later gave notice of reconsideration and it was taken up then.
