The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 4,                                  
2004, calendar (page 3796), was read the third time:                                                
    SENATE BILL NO. 295                                                                             
    "An Act extending the termination date of the Navigable Waters                                  
      Commission for Alaska; and providing for an effective date."                                 
The question being:  "Shall SB 295 pass the House?"  The roll was
