The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 8,                                  
2004, calendar (page 4019), was read the third time:                                                
     CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 33(STA)                                                     
     Urging our United States Senators to work to allow a timely vote                               
     on the floor on all judicial nominations.                                                      
The question being:  "Shall CSSJR 33(STA) pass the House?"  The
