Roll call showed 35 members present.  Representatives Anderson,                                     
Fate, Heinze, McGuire, and Wilson were absent and their presence                                    
was noted later.                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
The invocation was offered by the Chaplain, Representative                                          
Stepovich.  Representative Stoltze moved and asked unanimous                                        
consent that the invocation be spread on the journal.  There being no

    want to thank You, Lord, for all the help we receive.  So, as
