Senator Seekins requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS                                     
FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 79(FIN) "An Act extending the termination                                        
date of the Alaska regional economic assistance program; and                                        
providing for an effective date" be taken up. The bill was before the                               
Senate on reconsideration.
