SENATE BILL NO. 108 was read the third time.                                                        
Senator Ben Stevens called the Senate. The call was satisfied.                                      
The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 108 "An Act relating                                     
to payment rates under the Medicaid program for health facilities and                               
to budgeting, accounting, and reporting requirements for those                                      
facilities; abolishing the Medicaid Rate Advisory Commission; and                                   
providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken                               
with the following result:
