Good Morning, Lord. We want to be a help and an
encouragement to those we serve in this great state. Yet
sometimes our ideas of how to do that are different from
       theirs.

Please grant us the wisdom and discernment to know
what will work best for each person in the unique
       situations they find themselves.

Help us to remember that developing a listening ear is the
first step toward having an understanding heart, and show
us to use humor to help keep things in perspective.

At the end of this day may we take time to say thank You
for wisdom and discernment, thank You for helping us
have a listening ear, and most importantly, thank You for
