2009-04-15 House Journal Page 1005 HB 114 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 14, 2009, calendar (page 971), was read the third time: 2009-04-15 House Journal Page 1006 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 114(TRA) "An Act relating to availability of state transportation facilities and state-owned or state-operated transportation modes for delivering compassionate aid." Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 114(TRA) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Kerttula: Page 1, line 14, following "tort": Insert ", except for an act or omission that constitutes gross negligence or reckless or intentional misconduct," Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Ramras objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
