The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 11,                                                           
2009, calendar (page 902), was read the third time:                                                                             
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 177(L&C)                                                                                              
    "An Act relating to marine products and motorized recreational                                                              
    products; and providing for an effective date."                                                                             
The question being:  "Shall CSHB 177(L&C) pass the House?"  The
