2009-04-11 House Journal Page 0902 HB 210 The following was read the second time: HOUSE BILL NO. 210 "An Act designating Kinzarof Lagoon as part of the Izembek State Game Refuge; authorizing a land exchange with the federal government in which state land adjacent to the Izembek National Wildlife Refuge and within the Alaska Peninsula National Wildlife Refuge is exchanged for federal land to serve as a road corridor through the Izembek National Wildlife Refuge and federal land located on Sitkinak Island; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page RES RPT CS(RES) 6DP 3NR 840 FN1: ZERO(DNR) 841 2009-04-11 House Journal Page 0903 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 210(RES) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 210(RES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 210(RES) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 210(RES) pass the House?"
