2010-04-13 House Journal Page 2250 SB 209 The following was read the second time: 2010-04-13 House Journal Page 2251 SENATE BILL NO. 209 "An Act providing the Alaska State Council on the Arts the authority to adopt regulations relating to its statutory powers and duties; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page EDC RPT 5DP 1NR 1923 FN1: ZERO(EED) 1923 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 209 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 209 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SB 209 pass the House?" Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 209 was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
