The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 266 am H Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to SB 266? YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Coghill, Davis, Dyson, Egan, Ellis, French, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wagoner, Wielechowski and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting SENATE BILL NO. 266 am H "An Act relating to emergency compensation from the Violent Crimes Compensation Board." The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
