There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 116 was read the third time. 2015-04-11 House Journal Page 0856 **Representative Colver, who was excused (page 836), left the Chamber. The question being: "Shall HB 116 pass the House?" Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 116 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
