Representative Tuck gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                               
CSHB 231(FIN) (page 1971).                                                                                                      
Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                      
reconsideration of CSHB 231(FIN) be taken up on the same day.                                                                   
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
The following was before the House in third reading:                                                                            
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 231(FIN)                                                                                              
    "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Parole;                                                              
    and providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall CSHB 231(FIN) pass the
