The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 16,                                                           
2016, second supplemental calendar (page 2432), was read the third                                                              
      CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 123(JUD)                                                                                           
      "An Act relating to the bail forfeiture schedule and the penalty for                                                      
      the use of electronic devices while driving; and providing for an                                                         
      effective date."                                                                                                          
The question being:  "Shall CSSB 123(JUD) pass the House?"  The

Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the

effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                            
CSSB 123(JUD) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk, and                                                                    
returned to the Senate.
