Pursuant to adjournment the Senate was called to order by President                                                             
Meyer at 10:05 a.m.                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
The roll showed seventeen members present. Senators Hoffman, Kelly                                                              
were excused from a call of the Senate. Senator Ellis was absent.                                                               
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that Senator                                                                  
Ellis be excused from a call of the Senate today. Without objection,                                                            
Senator Ellis was excused.
