2017-04-10 House Journal Page 1015 HB 137 Representative Chenault brought up reconsideration of the vote on HB 137 (page 976). 2017-04-10 House Journal Page 1016 The following was before the House in third reading: HOUSE BILL NO. 137 "An Act redesignating the Alaska State Council on the Arts as a public corporation and governmental instrumentality of the state; defining the powers and duties of the Alaska State Council on the Arts; providing exemptions from certain statutes for the Alaska State Council on the Arts; making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HB 137 pass the House?" Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 137 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
