2018-03-12 House Journal Page 2678 HB 301 The following, which was held from the March 9 calendar (page 2658), was read the third time: 2018-03-12 House Journal Page 2679 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 301(FIN) "An Act relating to the renewal of a license involving alcoholic beverages; relating to the renewal and transfer of ownership of a beverage dispensary license or restaurant or eating place license; and relating to issuance of an outdoor recreation lodge license in a local option area." Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and he was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHB 301(FIN) pass the House?"
