Representative Kreiss-Tomkins gave notice of reconsideration of the                                                             
vote on CSHB 409(FIN) am (page 3466).                                                                                           
Representative Kreiss-Tomkins moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                 
that reconsideration of CSHB 409(FIN) am be taken up on the same                                                                
day.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                              
The following was before the House in third reading:

    "An Act relating to identification cards; relating to permanent                                                             
    motor vehicle registration; relating to vehicle registration fee                                                            
    rates; relating to changes of address; relating to driver's license
