The following, which was advanced to third reading from the March                                                               
15 calendar (page 2722), was read the third time:

    SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION                                                                               
    NO. 21                                                                                                                      
    Urging the federal government to respect the authority of the state                                                         
    to regulate marijuana use, production, and distribution and to                                                              
    honor previous federal guidance on marijuana policy; and urging                                                             
    the federal government to reconsider its listing of marijuana as a                                                          
    schedule I controlled substance.                                                                                            
Representative Tuck placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied.                                                         
The question being:  "Shall SSHJR 21 pass the House?"  The roll was
