Representative Birch gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                              
HCS CSSB 14(RLS) (page 3252).                                                                                                   
Representative Birch moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                     
reconsideration of HCS CSSB 14(RLS) be taken up on the same day.                                                                
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
