Representative Claman gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                             
HCS CSSB 51(RLS) (page 1447).                                                                                                   
Representative Claman moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
reconsideration of HCS CSSB 51(RLS) be taken up on the same day.                                                                
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
The following was before the House in third reading:                                                                            
    HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 51(RLS)                                                                                 
    "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Veterinary                                                           
    Examiners; relating to the licensure of nail technicians; relating to                                                       
   the practice of manicuring; and providing for an effective date."                                                           
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall HCS CSSB 51(RLS) pass the
