    SENATE BILL NO. 158                                                                                                         
    "An Act relating to oil and hazardous substances and waiver of                                                              
    cost recovery for containment and cleanup of certain releases; and                                                          
    providing for an effective date."                                                                                           
The question being:  "Shall SB 158 pass the House?"  The roll was

Representative Lincoln gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                            
SB 158.
